Have something in mind that you cannot find here? You can order the way you would on Instagram, by sending us a message; this form simply asks the questions we would ask you, so that we can reply with an idea, a price and a time.

What to tell us: your idea in a few words; photos or sketches if you have them (a piece you love, a drawing, a screenshot); the metal you would like (gold-plated 925 silver, 925 silver or 14k white gold); your budget; and the date you need it by.

For a ring, add your size if you know it; the size guide explains how to measure. For engraving, write the exact text, letter by letter.

We reply to every request within [PLACEHOLDER: number] working days, with questions, a sketch or a quote. Nothing is made until we have agreed the design and the price together.

Pieces made to your own specifications, and engraved pieces, are made for you alone, so they cannot be returned under the 14-day right of withdrawal. [PLACEHOLDER: deposit and payment terms for made-to-order work, to be set by the owner and reviewed by the owner’s lawyer.]
