Withdrawal
You have 14 days from delivery to withdraw, without giving a reason.

When it arrives. Pieces marked as ready to ship leave us within [PLACEHOLDER: number] working days; courier delivery then takes [PLACEHOLDER: number] working days on the mainland, longer to the islands. For made-to-order pieces, the product page says how many working days they take to ship.
Payment. Pay cash on delivery ([PLACEHOLDER: fee]) or by bank transfer; with a transfer, we hold your order for [PLACEHOLDER: number] days while the payment arrives. All prices include VAT.
Changed your mind? You can withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. Use the withdrawal form linked at the foot of every page, or write to us, and we will confirm receipt by email.
Send the piece back within 14 days of telling us. We refund what you paid, including the standard delivery charge, within 14 days of hearing from you, and may wait until the piece is back with us. [PLACEHOLDER: who pays for return postage, and the return address.]
Exceptions. Engraved pieces and pieces made to your own specifications cannot be returned, because they are made for you alone.
