Who else processes order details
Card payments (Stripe): you type the card details into Stripe’s own form and they go straight to Stripe; we never see or keep them. We send Stripe only the amount and order codes, never a name, email or address. From the payment we keep what a receipt shows: the card type and its last four digits. Delivery to a BOX NOW locker: so the parcel can be delivered, we give BOX NOW the recipient’s name, mobile and email, the locker, the order number and value (and, with cash on delivery, the amount you pay at the locker).
