Description
Plexouda is the Greek for a braid, and in this bracelet every second link is twisted like a strand of one. Long, flat paperclip links, about 18 mm each, alternate between a smooth polish and a fine diagonal twist, so the bracelet flashes and glints at the same time. It closes with a lobster clasp and a short extension chain finished with a small bead, so you can wear it anywhere from 17 to 20 cm. Wear it alone, as in our photographs, or with the Monopati chain and the Lithostroto.

Materials & care
Gold-plated 925 silver
925 silver is 92.5% pure silver, alloyed with other metals for strength. Gold-plated means a thin layer of gold covers its surface, giving the warm yellow colour for a fraction of the price of solid gold. Because the layer is thin, it wears with time and friction, fastest where a piece rubs: the inside of a ring, a clasp, the back of an earring. Perfume, sweat, chlorine and salt water wear it faster. 925 sterling silver
925 sterling silver is 92.5% pure silver; the rest is other metals, which make it hard enough to wear. It has the bright, cool white of silver all the way through, so there is no layer to wear away. Over time it darkens in air and on contact with some foods, rubber and cosmetics; this is tarnish, a surface film that a silver polishing cloth removes. Wear it often and keep it in a closed pouch, and it stays bright. [PLACEHOLDER: owner to confirm whether silver pieces are left natural or rhodium-plated.]
