Aoos

The Aoos rises in the Pindos, the same mountains as Metsovo, and runs northwest to the Adriatic. This line follows the water: polished drops that swell like a bead of rain, freshwater pearls in irregular shapes, small and bright as river pebbles, and mother-of-pearl, the shining lining of a shell. Smooth pieces that catch the light, sit close to the skin and go with everything.
